Waiver

All participants must complete a waiver to take part in the Louisville Corporate Games. Waivers must be submitted at the final Team Captain meeting, tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, May 20, 2026, at Kentucky Country Day School.

Who can I contact to learn more about the Corporate Games?

Can substitutions to the team roster be made on the day of the event?

Team updates or changes can be made at the discretion of the team captain. Any new team members must also sign a waiver.

Do we have to have a team uniform?

No. However, we strongly suggest that teams dress alike — t-shirts rule the day. When your team shirts are the same color, our volunteers can easily tell teams apart. In 2025, teams are encouraged to design their t-shirts using a Hawaiian luau theme.
